Callisia repens (Jacq.) L.

Common Name: Turtle vine
Creeping inch plants are quite a popular, evergreen and perennial plant variety. It is one of the least maintenance required plant varieties that enhances the elegance of the room. It is a succulent that grows upto 4 inches and spreads around in about an area of 4 feet. Leaves are ovate and measure up to 4 cm long and 2 cm wide, acute at the tip and rounded at the base. The leaf margins are hairy. It has little white flowers that bloom late in summer. Its flowers are borne in cluster in the leaf axils, small and white. The Callisia repens, also known as the Callisia bubbles, is a low creeping succulent. It has small glossy green leaves which are beautifully highlighted by a purple undertone.
