The Examination Calendar for every academic year is scheduled and notified in the College Calendar during the beginning of the academic year and dates are strictly followed. The results are being published on or before 30th November for Odd semester and 31st May for the Even semester.
Consolidated mark statement of final semester candidates with photograph of the candidate is issued two days after the publications of the results of revaluation.
Repeat examinations (only for final semester) will be conducted within 10 days after the publication of the results of revaluation.
For every programme, certificates will be issued for the first Five Rank holders.
Provisional Certificates will be issued to the candidates immediately after obtaining of the same from Madurai Kamaraj University.
Degree certificates will be issued during the Graduation Day and for further details the graduates can contact the COE Office.
Direct Online Genuineness Certificate will be issued within a day or two from the date of application.
Official Transcript will be issued within a day or two from the date of application.
First rank holders of all the programmes except diploma and M.Phil. courses are awarded with Medals and prizes during the College Day function.
